Services

LNC Lancaster Concrete provides concrete construction and installation services for residential and commercial clients. Services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, sidewalks, decorative concrete, repairs, and other concrete work. All services are subject to availability and proper scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ from initial assessment.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project estimate or contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.

You are responsible for payment regardless of any disputes with third parties such as insurance companies or property management companies. Any additional work requested beyond the original scope will be billed separately.

Project Timeline and Delays

We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeline. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work site during scheduled work hours. Delays caused by lack of site access may result in rescheduling fees or project timeline adjustments.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a limited warranty on workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, settling, or normal wear and tear.

Concrete is a natural material and may develop minor cosmetic imperfections such as hairline cracks or slight color variations. These are considered normal characteristics and are not covered under warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LNC Lancaster Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work. Claims must be reported in writing within 30 days of discovery.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
